Koç Kalıp’s Story;

Koç Kalıp Ltd. It has been producing over 2,000 plastic injection molds since 1982. We use the latest technological equipment and machines. We invest in a target plan to pay attention to sustainable growth. Our mission is to be a reliable and respected packaging manufacturer in our market with innovations.

We have 39 years of experience in the reel market with more than 30 countries and manufacturers of welding wire, enameled wire, thread, fine wire. In addition to our strong position in the domestic market, we are expanding our international portfolio with the aim of being a pioneer in our niche.

» Koç Kalıp was established in 1982 to produce plastic injection molds.
» In 1991, we started manufacturing plastic products by adding injection machines to our factory.
» In 1999, we started the production of plastic-based fasteners, an innovation project designed by our founder Rayif Koç and meeting Turkish Standards.
We exported our first plastic injection molds in 2003 and exported to 13 countries.
» In 2005, we started to produce our first pool in the welding wire industry.
» In 2014, we invested in new plastic injection machines that increased our capacity to 5,000 tons / year by moving to our new fabric in Istanbul, Kurtköy.
» In 2021, we are moving to our new factory with 5,000 square meters of 15 injection machines and 150+ plastic injection molds in Istanbul to serve more than 30 countries in our portfolio, and we are increasing our production capacity 5 times.

 

MBK Pack’s Story:

» Mbk Pack was born in 2009 with the production of PET and PE bottles by Koç Kalıp and has grown rapidly, leaving Koç Kalıp and branding it under the name Mbk Pack.

» In 2019, it reached the end consumer as an E-commerce site operating only in the packaging industry in Turkey with the E-Ambalajcı brand. 
» By establishing the R&D department in 2020, it developed its product range and service quality and started overseas market research.

» In 2021, it launched the E-Packager brand to meet the international demands arising from the increase in sales and customer infrastructure.
